Engagements are governed by a separate agreement
Any software development, dedicated-team, staff-augmentation, design or training engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and The Contrast — typically a master services agreement and one or more statements of work, or a training enrolment agreement. Where those documents conflict with anything on this website, the signed agreement controls.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting or overloading it, scraping at scale, submitting false or others’ details through our forms, introducing malicious code, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
All branding, text, design, layout and other content on this site belong to The Contrast or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, unless otherwise stated. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Navi Mumbai / Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this website, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Dispute resolution for a paid engagement is set out in its own agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
