Web Development
Web development services we deliver.
Custom Web Application Development
Dashboards, portals, internal tools and customer-facing products, built around how your business actually works — not around what a template allows.
SaaS Products
Multi-tenant products with accounts, billing, roles and permissions, built so you can onboard the first hundred customers without re-architecting.
E-commerce Website Development
Online stores with secure checkout, payment gateways, inventory and the shipping and accounting integrations you need to sell and fulfil — built on the platform that fits your catalogue, not the other way round.
Marketing & Content Sites
Fast, search-friendly websites that load quickly, rank well and convert visitors — with a CMS your team can actually use.
APIs & Integrations
Clean, documented APIs and reliable connections to payment, CRM, ERP, messaging and the other tools your product depends on.
Modernising Existing Apps
Taking over, stabilising and upgrading applications that were built years ago or by a team that has moved on.
Custom or off-the-shelf
When custom development is the right call — and when it isn't.
Off-the-shelf software is often the right answer. We will tell you so. Custom development earns its cost in a few specific situations.
Your process is your advantage.
If the way you quote, schedule, fulfil or report is what sets you apart, forcing it into a generic tool erodes that edge. Software built around the process keeps it.
The tools you use don't talk to each other.
Teams re-keying data between a CRM, a spreadsheet and an accounting system lose hours a day. A custom application — or a well-built integration layer — removes the re-keying.
The product is the business.
If you are selling software, whether a SaaS product or a marketplace, you need to own it: the code, the data model and the roadmap. Renting a no-code platform caps what you can build and charge.
The existing system is holding you back.
An application that is slow, fragile or impossible to change stops being an asset. Modernising it is usually cheaper than the lost time it costs every month.
When custom is the wrong call.
A brochure site, a standard store with a few products, or a workflow a well-known SaaS tool already handles well. We will point you to the off-the-shelf option and save you the budget.
The three layers
Front-end, back-end, full stack — how the pieces fit.
Every web application has three parts. Most problems with web projects come from building one part without planning the others.
Front-end development
What your users see and touch in the browser: pages, forms, dashboards, interactions. We build it to be fast on real phones, accessible, and consistent with your brand. React, Angular and Vue are our mainstays.
Back-end development
The logic, data and rules behind the screen: user accounts, permissions, business rules, payments, scheduled jobs. Node.js, Python (Django, FastAPI) and Laravel, on PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
Full stack & infrastructure
Both halves designed together, plus the cloud they run on — AWS, Google Cloud or Firebase — with deployment pipelines, monitoring and backups set up from the first week, not bolted on at the end.
Technologies we build with
Technology decisions
How we choose the technology.
There is no best stack — there is the right stack for your product, your budget and the people who will maintain it after us. We decide with you, in writing, before the build starts.
- What the application has to do in year three, not just at launch — data volume, concurrent users, integrations.
- Who will maintain it: your in-house team's skills, or ours on a retainer. We do not pick a niche framework your next hire cannot support.
- Hiring market and longevity: mainstream, well-documented technology with a large talent pool, so you are never locked to us.
- Hosting cost at your expected scale, not at demo scale.
- Where you already have investments — an existing database, auth provider or CRM we should build on rather than replace.
AI development
AI inside the web application — where it actually helps.
AI features are now a normal part of web development, not a separate project. We build them into existing and new applications using OpenAI, Anthropic and open-source models, with the same engineering discipline as the rest of the product.
Assistants & search over your data
Chat and search that answer from your documents, tickets, catalogue or knowledge base — scoped to what each user is allowed to see.
Document & data extraction
Pulling structured fields out of invoices, forms, contracts, CVs and emails so your team stops re-typing them.
Summaries, drafts & classification
Summarising long records, drafting replies, routing and tagging incoming requests — reviewed by a human where the stakes demand it.
Workflow automation
Multi-step processes that used to need a person at every step: triage, enrichment, follow-ups, reporting — with clear logs of what the model did and why.
Straight talk
What we say before adding AI to a product.
Model calls cost money on every use, so we design for cost from day one. Your data stays in your accounts and we are explicit about what is sent to which provider. Outputs can be wrong, so we put evaluation, fallbacks and human review where the risk is real. And if a plain rule or a database query solves the problem, we build that instead.

Beyond just delivery
Everything you need to launch with confidence.
You Talk to the Engineers
No account managers in the middle. You work directly with the people writing your code.
End-to-End Ownership
Design, build, deploy and support handled by one team, with no hand-offs and no finger-pointing.
Built to Perform
We tune for speed, Core Web Vitals and SEO from the start, so the site is fast and discoverable on day one.
Secure by Default
Sensible security practices, dependency hygiene and code review baked into how we build.
Transparent Pricing
Senior engineers at around $20/hour, billed weekly, with no long-term lock-in and no hidden markup.
Your Code, Your Assets
You own the repository, documentation and editable assets, free to take them anywhere.
Standard, not optional
What's built in, whether you ask for it or not.
These are not add-ons. They are part of how a web application gets built here, from the first sprint to the week after launch.
Performance
Fast first load on mobile networks, lean bundles, caching and database queries that do not slow down as data grows. We measure Core Web Vitals on the real site, not a demo.
Security
Authentication and permissions done properly, inputs validated, secrets kept out of code, dependencies kept current, and the common web vulnerabilities (injection, XSS, CSRF) designed out rather than patched later.
SEO-friendly build
Server-rendered or statically generated pages where search matters, clean URLs, structured data, fast load and correct metadata — so the marketing site and the product are discoverable from day one.
Testing & QA
Automated tests on the logic that matters, manual QA on real devices before each release, and a staging environment you can review on before anything reaches your users.
Before launch
Domain, SSL, environments, backups, monitoring and error tracking set up; a launch checklist walked through with you; a rollback plan in case we need one.
After launch
Nothing is finished at launch. We stay on for fixes, monitoring and the next round of changes — on a retainer or as needed, with the same engineers who built it.

Existing applications
Taking over and modernising what you already have.
Many of the applications we work on were not built by us. An agency moved on, a freelancer disappeared, or the system simply aged. We start with a short technical review — code, infrastructure, dependencies, security, documentation — and give you an honest written picture of what you have and what it would take to make it reliable again.
- Stabilise first: fix what breaks, get it monitored and backed up, then improve.
- Upgrade in steps, not a risky big-bang rewrite — unless the review shows a rewrite is genuinely cheaper.
- Migrate the frontend, backend or database independently where the architecture allows.
- Document as we go, so the next team — yours or ours — can pick it up.

Timeline & cost
Web app development cost and timeline — what actually moves them.
Our senior engineers work at around $20 per hour, billed weekly, with the rate published on the pricing page. The number of hours is what varies, and it depends on a handful of things you can influence.
What drives the timeline
- How many distinct screens and user roles there are — a two-role tool is far quicker than a five-role platform.
- Integrations with third-party systems, especially ones with poor documentation or slow approval processes.
- How settled the requirements are. Changing direction mid-build is normal, but it costs weeks.
- Design readiness — finished designs let engineering start immediately; design-as-we-go adds a parallel track.
- Your availability for reviews and decisions. A 24-hour turnaround on questions keeps the team moving.
What drives the cost
- Scope, obviously — but specifically the number of edge cases, not the number of features. The 'what if' paths are where the hours go.
- Custom design versus a clean, proven interface pattern.
- Data: migrations from an old system, imports, reporting and exports are regularly underestimated.
- Compliance and security needs — payments, health or finance data, audit trails.
- Third-party costs you pay directly: hosting, email, SMS, AI model usage, payment gateway fees.
As a rough guide, a focused internal tool or MVP is typically a few weeks to three months; a multi-role SaaS product or e-commerce platform, three to six months to a solid first release. After one call we give you a written scope, timeline and estimate before you commit anything.

Getting ready
Before you start — what to have ready.
None of this needs to be polished. A page of notes is enough; we will turn it into a scope with you on the first call.
- The problem in one paragraph: who has it, how they handle it today, and what 'better' looks like.
- The people who will use it — roles, rough numbers, and whether they are on phones, desktops or both.
- Systems it must connect to: payment gateway, CRM, accounting, email, an existing database.
- Anything already built — designs, an old codebase, a spreadsheet that is secretly the current system.
- Constraints: a launch date that actually matters, a budget range, data or compliance requirements.
- Who decides. One person who can say yes keeps a project on schedule more than any tool.

Frequently asked.
How much does web app development cost?
Our senior engineers work at around $20 per hour, billed weekly, with the rate published on our pricing page. A focused internal tool or MVP is typically a few weeks to three months of work; a multi-role SaaS product or e-commerce platform, three to six months to a first release. After one call we scope your project and give you a written estimate before you commit.
What is the difference between a website and a web application?
A website mainly presents information — pages people read, a contact form, perhaps a blog. A web application does work for logged-in users: accounts, data they create and manage, workflows, payments, dashboards. Many businesses need both, and we build them so the marketing site and the product share one design and one codebase where that makes sense.
Which technologies do you use for web development?
React, Angular and Vue on the frontend; Node.js, Python (Django, FastAPI) and Laravel on the backend; PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB for data; AWS, Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting. We choose per project, in writing, based on what the product needs and who will maintain it — never on what is fashionable.
Can you add AI features to our existing application?
Yes. Most AI work we do is added to a product that already exists — a search assistant over your data, document extraction, summaries, or automating a multi-step workflow. We start by checking the data you have and the cost per use, then build the feature behind proper access control with evaluation and human review where the output matters.
Can you take over an application another team built?
Yes, and it is common. We begin with a short technical review of the code, infrastructure and documentation, then give you a written picture of what you have. From there we stabilise first, then upgrade in steps. A full rewrite is the exception, and we will only recommend it when the review shows it is genuinely cheaper.
How long does it take?
It depends mostly on the number of screens and user roles, the integrations involved, and how settled the requirements are. Simple tools ship in weeks; larger platforms in months. You see working software every week from the first sprint, so the timeline is visible, not a promise.
Do you handle design as well as development?
Yes. We can design the interface from scratch or work from designs you already have. Either way, one team handles design, build, deployment and support, so there are no hand-offs between agencies.
Who actually does the work?
A senior, in-house team in Navi Mumbai, India, that has delivered 320,000+ project hours since 2015. You talk to the engineers directly, not a sales layer.
How do you handle the time zone difference?
We keep a daily overlap with UK and US working hours for calls and reviews, and we communicate asynchronously the rest of the day so progress never stalls.
Do I own the code and everything you build?
Yes. You own the source code, documentation, designs and assets in full. Work happens in your repositories and your cloud accounts from the first week, so there is nothing to hand over at the end and nothing locking you in.
What happens after launch?
We stay on. Fixes, monitoring, security updates and the next round of features are handled by the same engineers who built the product — on a monthly retainer or as needed. See our maintenance and support service for how that works.
How do we get started?
Book a call, tell us what you are trying to build, and we will come back with a scope, timeline and price. No obligation, no jargon.
