Fixed-scope projects

Bring the idea. We deliver the product.

Not staff augmentation — the whole build, owned end to end by one senior team: design, engineering, QA, launch and the support after. Scoped on a 15-minute call, quoted in writing, delivered in milestones.

Answer first

The offer, in one paragraph

You bring the idea or the spec; we deliver working software. One written quote derived from the published $20/hour senior rate — not a mystery number. Milestones you approve, weekly demos you can see, and your repos, cloud and IP from the first commit. If the spec is still fuzzy, we start hourly and fix the price once the scope is real.

How a fixed-scope project runs

Four gates, no fog.

  1. Scope

A 15-minute call, then a working session. We turn your idea into a one-page scope — what's in, what's out, what 'done' means.

  2. Quote, in writing

One written price built from the published rate, with milestones and dates. You compare it against anyone; that's the point.

  3. Build in milestones

Weekly demos of working software. Each milestone is approved by you before the next begins — no invoice surprises.

  4. Launch & stay

We ship it, hand over everything (it was in your accounts all along), and stay for support — the relationship doesn't end at go-live.

Questions

Asked before a project starts.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

We say so the moment we see it — not at invoice time. Changes are scoped and priced in writing before any extra work starts; you approve or decline. The original quote never silently inflates.

Fixed price or hourly — which is cheaper for me?

Fixed-scope when the spec is clear; hourly when it's still evolving. We'll recommend whichever is honestly cheaper for you — and we often start hourly, then fix the price once the scope has settled.

Do you take small projects?

Yes. Weekly billing and milestone quotes work at any size — a two-week feature build is as welcome as a six-month platform.

Who owns the code and IP during the project?

You do, from the first commit — work happens in your GitHub and your cloud, IP assignment is in the contract, and everything is already yours if you walk away at any milestone.

Can you take over a half-finished project?

Yes — that's our rescue engagement: we audit what exists, tell you honestly what's salvageable, and quote the completion in writing.
