The problem
VBSA was coordinating manpower allocation, device tracking, exam operations, partner coordination and resource planning across many venues — workflows that had long outgrown spreadsheets and manual follow-ups, and were slowing the team down at exactly the moments that mattered most.
Our approach
We owned VBSA end to end as a single team — discovery, architecture, the CRM dashboard and the field mobile app — then shipped and supported it in production. Design, build and deployment sat with one accountable team, so nothing fell through the cracks between hand-offs.
